I am a professional specializing in corporate finance management and operations, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and fish aquaculture. I excel in developing analytical models for business and business intelligence, utilizing advanced tools like Power BI and Salesforce to enhance risk management and financial planning. I have established effective cost procedures and optimized the interconnection of supply and demand.

My experience includes managing portfolios of companies in the aquaculture sector, developing financial reports and statistically modeling fish farming, as well as implementing biological and economic models for farm planning. I have developed econometric models for risk management in banks, contributing to the strengthening of their financial strategies. I have also developed successful business plans.

Additionally, I have a solid track record in consulting within the manufacturing industry, production, and quality control. As a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, I have applied statistical methods for continuous improvement, optimizing processes in production, laboratory, and biostatistics to enhance business results. My experience includes internal auditing and the implementation of management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and OHSAS 18001, dedicating over 10 years to process optimization through Six Sigma, defect rate reduction, and process standardization.

I have taught courses in problem-solving, good laboratory and manufacturing practices, sampling techniques and data interpretation, applied statistics, statistical process control, experimental design, process improvement and optimization, industrial metrology, and quality assurance. I have delivered lectures on leadership competencies and data science at government institutions in Panama.
